I still haven't received my funds

If you received our email to confirm your CASH4YOU cash advance has been made, the funds will have left our account and either be on their way, or have just arrived in your bank account.

If you expect to receive the CA$H advance on a certain day, but do not see the funds in your bank account, you should email us at cash4you@xtra.co.nz

There are a small number of Banks who have yet to implement new systems which allow for Super Fast Cash transfers. In these few cases, or if your application is formally approved after 4.30 pm or during a weekend or public holiday, your cash should be deposited on the next business day.


I’ve had and repaid CASH4YOU cash advances before, but I’ve just been declined

We appreciate that you’ve used our service before and repaid your cash advance, but, as responsible lenders, we need to take an interest in our customers’ ongoing financial health. Therefore we consider every application on an individual basis as circumstances can change. This means that previous use of our CASH4YOU cash advance service doesn’t automatically guarantee approval of future CASH4YOU cash advance applications. If your application has been declined in this instance, and you would like to know why please email us on cash4you@xtra.co.nz.

Please note that we are sorry you were disappointed in this instance, and that in the future it may well be that we are able to reconsider an application from you.
